I have a precision which i believe is a sc34, had ls vtec and made around 500 hp at 20 psi. Turbo would smoke on cold starts but then no smoke at all once it was all warmed up, (i did not use a restrictor). The inside plate reads cce34. Between (best)1-10(worst) side to side shaftplay is around 4, and no front and back play. It has small chips on compressor wheel due to boost controller contacting it. The compressor cover is painted orange, the drain line and feed fitting will NOT come with the turbo. The reason I am selling because at first I was going to rebuild it, I thought i had a sc61 i called precision and they said it was sc34, and I need a turbo to make it into the 600s. I ran it with the chipped compressor fin on the dyno.
