Default How to recognize type-R camshafts?

How do you know if some camshafts are from a type R only from seeing them? Anybody have pictures?

Also, would there be any problems putting those in a B16? New valve springs needed?

Thanks

u wont need new springs unless you plan on revving past....(just a guesstimate) 7500 rpm

Anything past that and you risk valve float

A stock B16 has a redline of 8200, so I'll probably get to those RPMs....

I don't think you'll need new valvesprings unless you plan on revving past the stock redline, which you may eventual want to because itr cams still make power up there (~8400?). There are ways to tell, I think they have a ring at the end of the shaft. I cant remember if it's ctr or itr that has one ring or two.
