Default head work help

Well i'm currently looking to rebuild my head with titanium retainers, springs and possibly new valves. I also might do a port and polish so my question is what company/companies make some high quality parts that are affordable basically looking for the biggest bang for my buck. I do know that skunk 2 and blox make retainers, springs and valves but i have never actually met anyone that used them so does anyone know if they are any good? Is there better companies out there. I will be doing all of the work my self so i must need to get the parts any help will be appreciated.

The Skunk pro spring is a lot nicer than that ST stuff, Ferrea is good quality, and I think the Brian Crower B series springs are made by PAC. Springs are pretty important so make sure you get something that will last and are setup for your application.

I suggest Ferrea set up. I had bad luck with Supertech crap. It cost me alot of money too fix, make sure you get the right springs with the presure you need also.
