Questions about 02-04 and 05-06 Rsx-S Catalytic Converters

Like it says I am confused about the differences of Catalytic Converter between 02-04 and 05-06 Rsx-S.
Does the 05-06 Rsx-s fit the 02-04?
Any one have the pics of those cat?

The 05-06 has larger piping, it won't fit.

So you mean I have to get the cat off a 02-04 type s? The cat from 05-06 type s and the base model(whatever the year) will not fit 02-04 type s?
