cluster lights dim at high rpm

cluster lights dim at high rpm
So i just notice when i am at High rpms about 7.5 or 8grand all my cluster light dim out like if it was going to die......when i let go of the gas lights star coming back to life
i could be idle or driving with my music all the way up car doesn't even dim the lights
car starts perfect drives perfect no check engine light or battery light on
problem is at high rpm only
need help any suggestions
