Default 95 ex no start?

Hey guys I have a 95 accord ex which I bought for cheap and well it's giving me a little bit of a hard time. So the car came to me and it's a f22b head on a f22a block the head looks to of been rebuilt the lower end not so much it cranks strong 100 psi compression across all 4 I have fuel pump noise and fuel at rail the cel comes on like normal throwing code 22 because the vtec pressure switch is broken not a big deal for starting though. I suspect electrical and almost every accord no start I see it's said make sure ecu ground is on thermostat but I cannot find that group of wires nor is it there on the thermostat so where would it come out of the harness? Also I get spark when #1 is unplugged but I don't get a pulse from timing light when it's plugged in I double checked the cam to crank timing and everything I've found for distributor firing order seems wrong and would put #1 in the #4 position with engine at tdcc cyl 1 the rotor is pointing toward the back of the motor around 10-11 o clock but the diagram shows #1 around 3 o clock... This thing is confusing any help would be appreciated

So I'm assuming that I would use firing order from the f22b1 when it's cranking there is no combustion noise like distributor is unplugged. Also worth noting the ckp harness was plugged into the rear o2 sensor and the ckp was not hooked up I plugged those in and still no change. The ecu also has a ricks racing engines sticker on it and one of the wires was cut I put those together and still nothing does anyone have a pinout of the computer? So I can try and figure out what's going on with this thing? Please help!

No my butthole doesn't hurt only from bad food the night before... I just figured try and ask for some simple things here and I might get em but I guess I was wrong...
Again what I was asking about:
where the ecu ground comes from in the harness
and a pinout of the computer maybe

Sorry. I was having a good night.

Honestly, you are in a position that leaves you few options. If you ask most shops, they'll tell you they don't want to get married to your car.

You need to equip yourself with a factory manual and factory ETM. This will give you connector views, connector locations and excellent wiring diagrams. With this information you can verify proper connection to and from the ECM. You need to know the firing order. 1-3-4-2. TDC cylinder 1 on the compression stroke. The position of the distributor rotor will indicate the spot to put the #1 spark plug wire.

With an ETM you can perform an input test at the ECM. You can verify all power sources, ground connections and sensor inputs.

What's curious is that you have spark with the plug wire unplugged but none with it plugged in.

Plain and simple, you have a very deep hole to get yourself out of. The internet is going to provide you with limited resources. You really need someone AT the vehicle who knows what the car
