Manifold porting and gasket matching.
I have a performer x manifold that I am currently woring on for my gsr head. I want to send the manifold out to get opened up and ported, but since my head right now is unported I decided to wait on that. What I did for now is have a friend clean up the runners, and well his drill broke so I decided to take on the task. Its mostly done but there are some minor dark spots that you can kinda see in the pics. So I am here so you can guys can possibly give me some tips on porting and also exactly what tools I need to get it done.
I also bought a hondata manifold gasket and its slightly bigger. So I was thinking about portmatching it. So I would like your opinions based on the pics. Also do you match the gasket to the manifold first then the head? or vice versa? what are the do's and donts? Just trying to learn as much as possible since these topics here on ht seem very vague. I guess since nobody wants the competition to know the secrets so feel free to pm me. Thanks.

What are you using to clean up the runner as an attachment on the drill? I want to clean my runners this summer when I do some headwork so im looking for some pointers
