Ok so let me start off by saying i changed my cap , wires , plugs , my main relay is goood cas my fuel pump primes , im getting fuel cas i can smeelll it when i take my plugs out , i changed my coil with a brandnew one from autozone , my grounds are goood .

my car turns over but i get no spark at all . i tested all 4 cylynders and nutthin ! so i brought one of them voltage testers and i tested to see if my ICM is any goood . the prongs that stick out off the ICM get voltage and it gets voltage , when i tested the actualll ICM i get nuttthin ...... could that be the promblem

 

ICM's are a pretty common failure item on Hondas. Thats one of the first things I check in a "no spark" situation.
Pull the plugs and let all the raw fuel clear out.Swap in a known good ICM and retest.
