Default low temp, thin density greese??

The Hazzard Signal button in my 96 accord get stuck quite often, i have tried opening the switch and lubricating it with white greese but still in low temperature ( -1- -5 degree F) it get stuck up.. Any recoomendation of a good greese for such application..

Is it upside down? I was messing around one day and found that it gets stuck whenupside down. I have a spare one somewhere if you want..

No its a push button, which get stuck when pushed in and does not auto come out .

Sorry, I have to ask such a dumb question. Why are you having to use the "Hazzard Signal button" so often?

Anyway, if you don't want to replace it. Have you cleaned the two plastic parts that "slide" on each other, not just grease it but clean the dirt and that that builds up as the button is "open/out" when not in use? Then, instead of grease, have you tried another type of lube, a dry type (graphite). At -1 F most grease is not going to "slide" well.

the plastic part are hard to get in , however I tried with the an oil named "liquid wrench" , and is working good so far. I use the switch almost alternate days dropping my 3 yr in a preschool. So now I have deicde to keep the swtch hanging, if liquid wrench fails , I'll open again remove all oil(I use the electronic cleaner spray for it) and try with graphite . I'll just use a soft pencil to deposit some graphite.
