i gotta 95 cx hatch put a z6 from my other 95 in it with ex harness and p28 now i have a check engine code 21 for vtec i checked all the wires and cleaned the filter thingy and its still there, and it NEVER came up in my old car anyone? thanksthanks o i cant even tell if its working or not single cam vtec is weak lol

 

I had the same CEL. Check the connector. mine wasnt in all the way.
