I changed my dash for the millionth time and when u turn the key to the second click the wipers are on and they wont stop. noticed there was a missing plus in the wiper control housing and thinking I lot it under the dash when I put it in I took the dash off, again, and theres no plug to be found. So pissed off

well I was reading that some other ppl had the problem and thats what it was. took it to the dealer and got it fixed.
ne way I connected a wire wrong and it sparked now the wipers dont move at all. swapped out the relay and the fuse didnt break so what could it be?

What do you mean no plug to be found? Normally this section of the harness is taped up together in wire loom, and almost impossible to bend, did you modify your main harness?
Besides, if your wipers work constantly, it should be easier to solve then as if they did not work at all. Start looking for short somewhere, check your grounds, and most of all, if you de-pinned the plugs, make sure you pinned them back in their proper locations.

figured it out. after snipping wires that I should have just let alone and browsing the computer I got it. the extra plug is actually for the rear wiper on hatch models according to the service manual. I took the control arm of the other sedan and it worked. So I took apart the arm from my car and there was a piece broken. glued it back together put it back together and it work great. Too bad I already ripped out my dashboard and crap
