My friends EP3 just got hit in the back, but good news is its just the rear bumper, hatch and taillight damaged. Anyway, he has a 03 EP3, is there a difference in the 04-05 rear bumper? I thought there was, and does anyone have a picture of the JDM type R EP3 rear bumper? Because password JDM sells it for 600 but it has no picture....any help is appreciated thanks!

 

at most bumper support may be different otherwise it should fit

 

How does it look though? I wanna see if its something worth getting...

 

02-05 are all the same. The JDM bumper is the exact same as stock but without the reflector lights.

hey i got into accident 5 months ago, just make sure your bar behind the bumper is not damaged, and in my opinion its time for you to get a jdm is lighter and shorter than the usdm one

 

The crash bar?...and do you have any pics of the jdm one by any chance?

 

Its called re-bar. The JDM one is different but I think you can mod the USDM rebar to fit with the JDM bumper.

 

i dont have a pic but you can google it and youll notice it a bit leveled to the hatch door

The JDM bumpers are shorter when you look length wise. I made a custom rebar for my jdm bumper and have sold a few to local guys that went JDM. I will try to post a pic of a jdm bumper and the rebar i am running

how much did you spend for making your own rebar?

 

it cost me $40.00 i had to pay for the steel from a friend who had extra steel tubing and then i made the cuts and drilled the holes
