Camber kits all adjustable???
bought the car with a front camber kit owner said its ebay junk but just wondering if all camber kits are adjustable regardless of ebay junk????

A camber kit by definition means it's "adjustable", to use for adjust camber, since camber is not adjustable from the factory.
I would just take a look and see if they're OEM (or OE-style) upper arms, or if there is some adjustment there. It could be only the bolts holding the upper arm to the car, while the arm itself is still OEM.
But if it really is eBay junk, I would highly suggest picking up new OEM upper arms, with ball joints and bushings included. Trust me, your life will be much better while driving the car with OEM upper arms and new bushings.
And please, whatever you do, please don't refer to the upper control arms as "cambers". I want to punch someone in the face when they refer to the upper control arms with that term.
