Basically I need to weld a manual gearbox mount in to my car tomorrow (auto EG at the min).

I've been able to cut the mount from the chassis leg of a manual MB6 for free but not sure if it's the same mount as the manual mount on a EG?

The EG one I need is number 23 on the image above but I don't have a image of the MB6 sadly.

I'm praying the chassis legs are the same and it'll fit!?

Completely different. '92 - '95 Civic and '94 - '01 Integra share the same mount, it's welded the passenger's side frame rail. '96 - '00 Civics have the rubber mount bolted to the frame rail instead and have the metal bracket bolted to the top of the transmission.

Edit, looks like the MB6 is some euro integra like setup, but it's called a civic. saw an engine bay pic, couldn't see the passenger's side, but the driver's side uses the same mount setup as a '94 - '01 integra/'92 - '95 civic so it should work.

 

Your absolutely right. It was wrong.

I ended up getting one from another manual EG and welded it on. Job done and looks OEM spec (well it would if it was the same colour :p)
