Do I need to make any modifications to it? i searched this forum and FI and couldn't the answer. Thanks

nope this kit should be a direct bolt on. the charge piping might need to be changed slightly and the oil pan will need to come off and drilled in a hole for the oil line. if you want to use the blue box that comes with it you have to convert over to OBD1. I would personally go the ODB1 converions route & get Hondata 2 and tune it.

well not EXACTLY a direct bolt on--you do need to shave the maifold a bit to keep it from hitting the block. http://dmoore.com/crx/turbo.htm -ALOt of info can be found here to get you on your way
