I figure I would keep the interior and exterior threads separate.

I was reading somewhere that the protection the car dealership offers for the interior is pretty much scotchguard. Is this true?

Which scotchguard product should I be using and how many coats / cans should it generally take?

Also, what would be best treatment to put on the leather/plastic parts inside the car?
