I've never heard of the "cush ride option"

OTS rates for most 5th and 6th gens is ~350/250 IIRC

Never heard them called "cush"

But those are the OTS rates which are fantastic for daily driving.

If you plan on going lower than 2" in the front or rear you'll need to stiffen it up a bit to prevent scrubbing. I'm about 2" lower in the front on 350lb springs and I scrub lightly on hard banking. It's nice to have an uncle with a HUGE parking lot where I can mess around. I really wish I had gone with 500lb rates in the front.

I've got 350 in the rear which make for fairly uncomfortable daily driving. I haven't had any real complaints on 1+ hour trips I've made, and the fiance hasn't complained yet.
