Ek shock towers

I have an ek and my shock towers absolutely destroy the runner bushings any suggestions on fixing this problem?

is that near the flux capacitor or the muffler bearings ???

Maybe near the VTEC fluid reservoir? Is runner supposed to be rubber? If so which bushings exactly?
