B16 Stock Sleeves 93oct and 500+ WHP ?
[QUOTE=tradiuli;44357424]Very soon we will upload the car on Dyno , but I have concerns whether the block will last about 500whp
This is the Block

WTH is those lil pins doing there...?

There are several Honda in my country made with blokgard, but because no proper seal is broken ....
Pins on my engine is putting up cnc milling aluminum with the same extension as a block and 1 percentage point gap .....
Similarly, my friend makes B20 with 400whp already one year without problems

why i had a completely stock gsr last me all summe rlond dailey driver over 50 passes at the track with 500hp block is still going strong as well.
that was on 26psi

On 93 octane?... Plain and simple 500whp is a lot for 93. An aggressive tune and/or bad gas and you'll have problems quickly.
As I said with a good tune and some luck, it IS doable. You just proved it.
I guess the real question is what does the OP mean by "will last". You think it's going to last 100,000 miles?

Turbo is to small for it to work on 93 oct
Boost by rpm to keep torque low and water/meth injection to cool the charge at high psi and it just might make the number.
Bigger turbo will make it easier, think big t3t67 or small gt40 and 10000+rpm!

What is the idea to put a larger turbo? To reduce pressure cylinders right?
I can buy Precision PT6776HPS 67mm turbo .63 A/R for 750hp ....
A good variant is it you think?
My head is fully build with valvetrain , retainers , valves and cam Supertech for 9000++ rpm safety

bigger turbine is better flow so less backpressure and more breath up top (coupled to a decent mani)
bigger compressor is more efficient delivery at same psi
think difference 20psi t25 and 20psi GT42R, that's the difference between 350whp and 600+
