Hey guys, I just changed out my TB, tensioner and water-pump in my 95 del sol that has about 110k miles on it. I have done a few TBs before, and have never had this issue... so I am turning to the forums!

Here is what seems to be going on:
It begins to make a noise starting around 3000 rpm, is loudest at 3200 rpm, and then tapers off until I cannot hear it anymore at 4000. Also, it ONLY occurs when the engine is fully warmed up. I does not occur when cold, or at least I could not get it to do it again when the engine is cold that is.

First, I though my accessory belts were too tight, and adjusted them according to spec. With no luck, I then adjusted the TB tensioner to spec to see if the TB was too tight, nope. Both of these have yielded no results, so I am thinking maybe the tensioner or water-pump might be bad?? I even made sure that the coolant was full because I have heard of similar things with large air pockets in the cooling system.
