Default Cheap lca bushings question

I need lca's that have a sway bar hole. I have looked at cheap lca's on eBay i know that the bushings are crap, so therefore can I put energy suspension bushings in the ebay lca's? Has anyone tried this? If so, please let me know.

You'll be better off just getting OEM arms w/ the sway bar hole and using Hard Race rubber bushings, or putting ES in the OEM arms if you must go polyurethane. There is no point in even bothering with the cheap arms. OEM or Function7 are the only LCA's worth considering.

I'd add Hardrace to that statement as they are OEM arms with hard rubber bushings installed.
