Here is the traction bar, I used the item number the OP supplied and found it.

It's the correct seller too so it should be the exact same item (since I used the item number).

Yup that Is the one I did research today seems kinda sketchy although I rarely drive the car there's alot of talk about them breaking it is heavy doesn't look like it'll break easy but idk
I have the same one on my ef with no problems. the cone washers go in between the traction bar ends and the mounts for the traction bars that are on the front cross member. Idk if I worded that right or not but its pretty self explanatory. the ends are much narrower then the mounts so those are placed on each side to give it room for travel.
Should be a straight-forward install, its a simple suspension piece......get a mechanic buddy and buy him a 6-pack to help if you think its too beyond your experience. GL
changing out cross member is super easy.... If you can't picture where the parts go or the kit did not come with instructions, get help.
after it's installed, take a easy on it and make sure you do get a new aligment done.

no need for alignment if it's good now, just measure before you take the old crossmember off. go from the lower control arm to the crossmember. you can measure from the radius rod mounting bolts to the crossmember mounting bolts that are used on the traction bar.
if you can duplicate that length, you're good.

mine is all custom cause I modded it to sit up higher for better ground clearance. I don't really have any good pics but I ran my radius rods to the bottom sides of the lca's to clear my crank pulley (when I had a H2B)
