Just bought a 2011 CRV and it shudders noticably when stopped in drive gear with foot on brake. Service dept. said everything is OK and that this is normal. Anyone else experience this or know anything about it?

You're not alone. My father in law has a '10 that does the exact same thing, and he got the exact same answer.

like a vibration or a jerk forward or what??

 

Now does it shutter with brake pedal all the way down?
