Default B18 swap into '99 civic

Hi all, I'm pretty new into swapping motors into a car. So if u guys could help that would very much be appreciated.

So right now I have a ls motor non v-tec but than I'm putting on it a gsr v-tec head. So wat I need help with is wat is all the parts I will need to do a full swap from my stock d16 for my b18a.

Also for tranny will a ls tranny be better or gsr tranny?

B18a1 or B18b1?

If you plan on just slapping the GSR head on the stock LS block I would say that maybe you should stick with the D16 for now and do some research.

Check out this thread. https://honda-tech.com/forums/hybrid-engine-swaps-18/%2A-%2A-obd1-b-series-engine-into-obd2a-obd2b-civic-integra-%2A-%2A-1972711/

It has the answers to almost everything about engine swaps. If you have a question and you post it there it will also get answered fairly quickly.
