im looking to get a new catback for the hatch but im not sure which one to get...i really dont like this style and how it looks


any suggestions?

 

That is the N1 exhaust. Im putting that on my B series hatch minus that ugly *** tip. My homie had it on a type r and it sounded really good at idle and cruising but still screamed at WOT. I have heard good things about the Pacesetter monza exhaust but i have never personally heard it on a car. Every one else i know that has done exhaust has just gone with bigger piping and a stock muffler.

 

what im tryin to say is do they make a exhaust for a ef where the muffler isnt running parrallel with the bumper? if that makes any sense

 

they do make one but it has a fart can looking muffler on it

I have no idea but i would assume that it is hella loud lol.

I could prolly find some more but they all either look like the one you posted or either of the two i posted but most look like the megan racing one.

 

ya i def dont want something thats loud!

 

i know the megan racing one is loud. that exhaust was on an integra we bought for 400 with a blown headgasket and flipped for 1700 but it was annoying and sounded like a weed wacker

Loved my 5Zigen, quiet and stealthy.

 

I would personally go with the HKS exhaust if you dont want it to be loud. It's basically an Si duel tip but with slightly bigger pipes but just sounds a tad bit raspier than stock and I think it looks very eligant. lol no fart cans here.

 

Thats basicly how the 5Zigen sounded, It was a little less raspy with the larger single tip tho.

 

I love my greddy, no drone, not loud unless I'm hard on the gas and even then it's not that loud. Not raspy at all nice tone.

 

Greddy SP2, HKS, RS-R Exmag... all are quality and not ricer loud.
