Today I visited acura to pick up some shifter bushings that I had ordered and was able to acquire the infamous LCA bushings that many people on this board claim you cannot order without buying the whole lower control arm. They were in stock, along with the bolts that go through the shock and ran me 22 bones each. Just thought that some people on the board might like to know that these parts are in fact available from the dealer, which may come in handy if you are updating your suspension and your shock bolts are rusted into your LCA bushings. Now I get to install the bilstein/GC setup Ive had in my room for about 8 months tomorrow

Ummm yeah.............Ground Control sent me the wrong freaking sleaves with my coilovers, 4inch as opposed to 6inch. I set the car down after I had done the fronts, with the springs at their maximum height, and the car was so damn low that the jack got stuck underneath. After calling them and deducing that they had given me the wrong part, they said that they could next day air the correct sleeves........if I pay for it. Wow, thats terrific service. I feel like next day airing my *** to california and pointing a ******* 9mil at their forehead. For some reason, I couldnt get the stock **** back together and now the car is on stands in the garage with my first day of school tomorrow and no car. Just ranting a little, feel better now

 

That sucks. Look at the bright side though, you get past the headaches of install and then enjoy the setup from then on.
