I have a 99 integra Ls swap in a 96 civic...Whenever I turn my car on after it has been sitting for a while it idles erraticaly between 1300 and 1900 rpms and after a few minutes it just stops and idles normal at around 8-900..What can this be?...What can I do to fix it?

Note...the car didnt do this with the old motor
