Does a b16a sir1(first generation) come with vtec?
Im thinking of buying a different engine for my crx, and when im reading things on the b16a sir1(first generation) they dont metion anything about it having vtec. Though when i saw a picture of the engine, i saw the words vtec on it. So i was just wondering if the b16a first generation has vtec or not. And does anybody know if it is sohc or dohc?

Yes it does come with vtec, this was the first engine honda introduced vtec in. This is what started it all back in tha day, lol.
