Icon6 Gauge Cluster problems, need help please.

I have a 92 Hatchback, stock engine, non Vtec. Stock car haha
My gauge cluster is a little wack, or the wiring in my dash is, from some owner before.

The problem: First off, NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT, Speedo doesnt work, just sometimes like on its own or when i smack the dash, also, at night the lights dont light up all the time, same problem, they work when they want. With the lights it also is with the climate control lights. Tacho works fine and so does my miles gauge. Gas gauge is iffy, saying it doesnt stay where it is, goes up and down. but it gives a good enough estimate haha.

I took out my cluster to check connections and everything looked fine. Please help me.

Speedo:
Does the CEL work?

Cluster/climate control lights:
Pry the dimmer switch out of the dash, unplug the connector, and then use a short piece of wire to jump/short the red wire to the black wire in the connector. Do the dash lights now work?

It's on the left side of the dash, NOT on the steering column. It adjust the brightness of your dash lights.

As far as speedometer, change your cluster. I've been through 3 clusters because the speedometers stopped working properly.

There should still be a connector for it under the dash. Locate it.

The key can be in the OFF position. You just need to turn the light switch on (parking lights are sufficient).

Given that the climate control lights also don't work (see first post), a bad cluster circuit board seems quite unlikely.

Actually, one is Red, and one is Red/Blk. Jump the red wire to the black wire.
