yes im getting an ITR!!!! Now i have some concern about theft
what if i were to go out with my friends etc... is there any way of preventing from it getting stolen... like i heard auto-loc works really good.. (im not sure isnt auto-loc the things that is placed behind the clutch?) thanks for the reply.
lo-jack has no monthly dues. it's a one time shot after installation.
Consider the powerlock as well (www.powerlock.com).
Better start layering your security if it's going to be out on the street.
-aoib0t, who needs more layers.

pager alarm
autolock
lojack
garage
kill switches for kill switches

No one steals type R's ...I leave my doors unlocked. Keys in the ignition.
i know lots of friends who have lo-jacks. they don't have a monthly fee so don't worry about it
layering your security and knowing where to park is so important

The first thing to do is take the location off of your sig and what not.
If your that worried about it getting stolen, then either don't get one or leave it in the garage!

good luck with the R.
Having lived in NY and having heard about SoCal, if you don't have that thing in a garage and you use it as a daily driver, that R is as good as gone. You might as well call your insurance company now. Not being a dick, just know from 1st hand experience (I'm on ITR #2 thanks to theft, and it is no longer a daily driver).
FUG lojack if my ITR gets stolen I don't want her bacK EVER
If you don't have a garage to put it in - don't buy one. You might as well kiss it goodbye if you park it outside in SoCal.
