Default Weird lighting issue with 99 civic dx.

Alright i've got a 1999 honda civic dx hatchback and im having some issues with the lights.

After a long days work i go out to my car and start it, i flick my headlights on and they dont turn on, my corner lights/tail lights and dash lights all turn on just no headlights. So i look around at some fuses and wires etc and there good. I then go back into the car and the dash lights, corner lights and taillights are also not working. I checked all fuses, in-car and in-engine bay and they appear all good.

So as of right now when i turn the switch onto headlights; the headlights, tailights, corner lights, climate control lights and dash lights DO NOT turn on.

The dash lights, tailights and corner lights come ON when i ALARM the car.

The hazards and blinkers WORK. The dome light WORKS. Heater blower WORKS.

Any suggestions??

Well it turns out when i was checking fuses for the HEADLIGHTS being out, i pulled the 30amp fuse in the engine-bay fuse box and put it back in the wrong spot XD that's the fuse that controls the dash lights, corner lights, tail lights etc. So that's all fixed now. Thanks for the help and support guys!
