Looking for some advice.
So I just bought my 09 sedan and the lip or whatever its called under the back passenger side door was dinged, the dealer wrote up a slip to get it fixed and I signed it and everything, so last monday I gave it to the dealer and they took it for about 5 hours, they cleaned it up but the angle is off and the shaping to match the contour lines of the car is alt more rounded then the sharper edge, to me its really noticeable, by my wife sad she didn't even realize it till I pointed it out. The paint is a great match, but I called and said I want to happy with it, they said they could see if they could buff it, I told them it needs a lot more then a buff. But they said they don't know how much better they can make it, I don't know what step I should take... Any advice?
its honda certified, and I wanted to almost contact honda and complain, maybe get a lip kit out of it or something, but I don't know if its a list cause our something to take further, or what next step to take..

A picture here would be much better than you are trying to explain, but if I get your meaning the door edge is off and instead of the edge having a sharp edge it's rounded.
My guess the bottom of the door was damaged somehow and they made the damaged edge as best as they could make it look without replacing the door.
If I'm right it might be able to look better but it would involve a build up of plastic (body filler) or welding to build it up, then a small amount of body filler, if they did it will all plastic it would eventually break off down the road and really look like hell so they did what they could with what they had to work with.
The alternative is replace the door or door skin which is a ton more work and expense.
If it bothers you get the dealer to pay you somehow for your dislike and live with it or have the door replaced.
