Default how to run aeromotive pump?!

hey guys, i got a ?. im tryna figure out how to run an aeromotive external fuel pump. im already gonna use 6an frm the tank all the way to fpr w/ stock return. do i simply just remove the stock pump and screw a fitting w/ braided steel into aeromotive pump and run that line through the pump to filter? kinda confused , can anyone help? also, i know this pump is overkill for my setup now but i wanna d o this while the car is down to avoid future downtime...will i be able to control the fuel flow of this pump w/ stock injectors and a aeromotive fpr? dont wanna run so rich that im shootn black out the pipe and washn the cylinders.
thanks
