95 honda accord c-pillar question
ok so i was looking for the c-pillar for my accord and saw that it looks the length of the rear upper strut bar and the ends of the rear lower tie bar, i was wondering if i thats wat the c-pillar is basicly composed of, anyone that has knowledge about this please help me out, thanks
the c-pillar is the section of the body between the rear door glass and the rear windshield glass. A pillar is the windhsield pillar, B-pillar is the door post between the doors (4-door), etc.
i know but i was wondering if i can use the rear upper strut tower bar with the ends of the rear lower tie bar, cus i saw the C-pillar for my car and it looks like a longer version of the lower tie bar
1. They make a C-Pillar bar that will fit.
2. You dont need it. They are mostly for hatchbacks that actually need the extra support. A C-Pillar bar on an Accord is pretty much for looks.

They help prevent "chassis roll" or "chassis flex". Anytime you prevent a frame from flexing you change something. They're not just for looks. Any car with a "dome" shape can flex. Install it, if you don't like it or don't notice an improvement, return in. You'll notice a difference right after you install it.
