Save up $200 more and go Koni/GC. Seriously, you WON'T regret it.

Trust me, it's better to save a bit longer and get quality stuff. I waited 8 months after I bought my Integra before putting new suspension on it so that I could get Koni Sport shocks - best shocks I've ever used. 200K miles on them now and they're still working great.

I totaly agree with Pat.

If it is just whats on the list I would go with the progress coilovers. Although that cant be rebuilt new shocks run about $70.

you wont regret going with Koni/gc.

Yes.

And as far as money. I just purchased the Progress CS-II.

I'm extremely happy with the cars performance. But I have to admit that I'm having second thoughts as I could have bought the Koni/GC but decided to give ProgressAuto a shot.

The way I see it I can get my start in autocross with these, once I get a bit more advanced and have more cash flow I will probably switch to AMR or something.

But if i had it to do over again, I'd shell out the extra few hundred for Koni and ground gontrol I think. Lifetime warranty for peace of mind.

Don't get me wrong, my car handles beautifully. Customer service from progress is great and they're a great company. When I think about upgrading I could certainly go with their CS-I model also.

koni /gc is the no brainer option under 1k.

basically it goes like this

koni/gc
amr or koni race
moton

seriously covers the entire suspension world in 4 choices

I just swapped out my Koni/GC setup for some PIC select R3's. Not looking back at all

If I could find a clean set for a reasonable amount I would go with spoon N1's. they are fantastic

the question with posts like this is why? did you want more rebound? more compression? the better question still is if you did why you didn't buy the race valved konis or do a custom set via AMR
