Default kazz lsd still chatters

i recently instsalled a used b16 trans with a kazz lsd. I did a trans service with honda mtf and ford friction modifier. It was cool for a day or 2 then the diff started to chatter badly, when turning at low speeds, almost sounding like axle noise. Both axels were changed when i installed tranny. I draind fluid and it was a little dark. i refilled with honda mtf and added a bottle and a half of friction modifier, and still same thing happens. its cool for a day or two then starts chattering. finally the other day my drivers out joint popped out, so i though maybe the whole time it was the axle. I installed a new axle, and still having the same problem.........any ideas?

Wrong fluid, you need to use non synthetic GL-5 80w-90 gear oil with a Kaaz LSD, Honda MTF is not compatible and you can damage the diff. You will still probably get some very low speed chatter sometimes even with the correct fluid and friction modifier. It is a small tradeoff for the awesome performance of these diffs.

I read that gear oil is too thick for honda trannys and messes up the synchros. Mfactory recomends honda mtf or torco mtf with ford friction modifier. I'm thinking of switching to torco.
