dizzy cap, rotor has been replaced. there is fuel, i can hear the pump being primed. there is spark, but no injector pulse. i had checked it with a noid light.

need some help figuring this one out. im working on a 1993 honda accord

 

Check the injector circuit. i.e. the ECU, wiring and the resistor box. There could be an open/short in the wiring, the resistor box could be bad or the ECU could be f#@ked.

 

how do u check if the ecu is bad? i know w/ the resistor box i can check for ohm's w/ a volt meter
