Default New guy, first Honda, 1st gen content

Here is what me and the wifey get around in when we don't feel like driving the 10.5mpg work truck:

Well, I did this to her:

So I went out and bought this for us:

95,xxx miles, 1 owner, perfect interior, no dents, manual AWD. I'm feeling like this was a good decision so far.

1 question so far; it snowed here, this morning I took her to work and came over a speed bump and let the clutch out too quickly and got some front wheel spin, shortly following the wheel spin was an awful noise, sounded like a seal barking. I'm associating this sound with the realtime? Has anyone else had this issue?

And if you care about the Jetta at all:
1986 Antelope Brown Metallic Jetta Coupe Deluxe
2.8l VR6
2.9l intake
PnP head
Lightweight/HD retainers, lifters and springs
268* cams (biggest you can street, car wont idle if you go bigger)
2.5" exhaust
thin head gasket
7lb flywheel
GIAC chip

This thing rips pretty good for an old VW. Daddy's got a Zex kit in storage too

The rear end will make a sound like that sometimes if they fluid hasn't been changed, if you turn in a tight circle you'll usually hear it. Replace the fluid with Honda Dual Pump fluid only.

Btw, make sure you adjust the valve. The exhaust valve get tight and burn. Very easy to do, just often overlooked.

I've heard this in my roommate's CR=V, same car, changing the fluid took care of it like he said above.
