I've done a lot of handyman work on my houses, and made a fair amount of furniture, but am just now venturing into cars and trucks. I have a 1997 F150 extended cab 4x4 with 237k miles that I'm learning on/experimenting with. Until last week I had a 2nd Gen Prius with 264k miles on it. The Front Left (Driver's Side) Wheel Bearing was whining noisily so I changed it out for a new Wheel Bearing Hub Assy - it was an ordeal but I was successful. I then gave the car away to a relative. I have a 2004 Honda CR-V 4WD EX, made in the UK, with 209k miles - the reason I'm joining this forum. Finally I have a 2010 MINI COOPER S. Professionally, I work in Radar Systems Integration and Test for a major Defense Contractor. I'm used to complex details and working with my hands. The CR-V needs work and I'm looking forward go asking questions on this site. Thanks - Handy Old Guy
