Lights turn on after ignition !?

Lights turn on after ignition !?
Okay. i drive a 1988 civic DX and i havent drove my car in about a week. so 5 minutes ago i moved my car. and i notice my headlights are on. and the switch is off and everything. but the lights stay on. the only time the lights turn off is when my car not running. so can you guys please help me fix this problem im new at this. Thanks!
