Default Bogging start/won't start

Okay, I'll make this short and sweet. No codes, zc engine, 90 dx hatch. New Starter, new battery (recently already had no start problems, literally about every few months it happens with something else it seems. Both those recent problems were fixed with the new starter/battery). The car wouldn't start, finally did while I tried jumping it. It kept wanting to die/almost die. Would idle around 1000 then drop to maybe 100>. If I tried gassing it then it would slowly/sporadically rev higher rpms but doing so as if it was unwilling.

I'm guessing it's now the fuel pump? What do you think? I'm going to bed, I need this fixed literally in the next 11 hours before work. So with minimal work I need this done. Please post what you think it is.

I need idea's for when it's fuel related to check what in what order do you think? First by easiest please.
