Put 4-2-1 in, car won't start.
What's up with that? Have a 91 Civic Dx, D15b2.
Car ran fine before install. O2 sensor is in. Reseted my ECU before turning over the key to turn it on. Now it wont start.
Any ideas?

should have put a 4-3-2-1 believe that's your problem you bought ebay and it wont run cause they forgot the 3 when they went cheap.
JK check ya fuses re-seat the ecu maybe not plugged in enough

Lol, will do. And the connection from the male to female is fine. Blew in it and what not. But i'll check my fuses see if their blown. That'll be the fuse box in the engine bay though yes?
And it did start, yet when i put any gas into it it bogs and dies immediatly. It also has trouble staying on around 900-1100k rpm. While in idle.

take the distributor cap off and pour rubbing alcohol in it to help dry it out unless you have a air compressor or compressed air then blast that beast and blow the water out of it that's your prob..... I kinda thought there was more to the story then just installing a header lol and if you get it running right keep the hood up and let it run for a good 20 mins to dry it out hood closed will fil engine bay with hot moisture.
GAy. I'll try it tonight. Any other suggestions? What about that crazy aluminum disk that fits in the front of the cat just after the 2-1? would that cause a problem?
check your main ground at the battery and the thermostat ground.
this sounds like nothing related to the header. its either coincidence or you accidentally messed with something.

no if you washed the engine chances are you got the inside of the distributor wet and its shooting sparks all over inside your cap. next time cover it with a plastic shopping bag
if the grounds are good, then i would also suspect the plugs and wires. the wires can be arcing inside the spark plug tubes. it pretty much sounds like the same symptoms you described.
again, this has nothing to do with the header.
