Default "G" stamp in between lobs on cam?

please do not come in saying check the ends. yes i know this is the best way andx i know the differances, but im not taking them out.

ok a buddy of mine bought a gsr today, and we were going over it a lil more and it had aem cam gears on them. seeing this we were thinking could it be camed. so we tried seeing if it had dual valve springs but couldnt tell. so we went over the cams, the parts we could see, and only found a "G" stamp on the exhaust side between two lobs i beleive. please understand the head is still together and wil not come apart yet. so if anyoen has any idea please let us knwo thanks.

doing a lil searching i found this on another forom but noone really said anyhting bout it.

"i know my ITR's are stamped with "G" on both cams.

i have a set that has "J" stamped on the exhaust side and "K" stamped on the intake side

i also have a set with "C" stamped on the exhaust side and "B" stamped on the intake side

i know one set are b16 cams and the other is GSR....any help to decipher which is which is appreciated"

yet i am not convinced. a lil more input with what i found. thanks
