They make aftermarket bun warmers you will have to disassemble your seats, put them in, and wire them up. I believe Scandinavia or one of those countries in that area it was an option in CRX's.

Can't find any hard evidence stating that there was a heated seat option but I did find this.... I believe it's in the 2nd line first post.

As Toad mentioned, it's easy to add heaters to your existing seats.
It is true that some European countries and Greenland got the heat option right from Honda

I do not want my stock seats anymore. I would be willing to take say del Sol seats and mod them but I am not modding my stock seats...
