hey what suup guys. i have a 88'ef hatch. right now its pretty muuch stock suspension. besides the fact i have it lowerd on after market lowering springz in the front. an adjustable coilovers in the back. but ever since i lowerd the car my tires wear way to fast! what could be the problem!?

 

wow need an alinment any time the suspension is altered your toe will be off along with camber

 

wow indeed...you need a wheel alignment up front and camber kits for the front and rear. your toe is def off from the lowering. it cannot be adjusted with the factory parts (not enough anyways). how do you lower the car and NOT know it will affect tire wear without proper adjustments?

 

you dont need a camber kit. just fix the toe with an alignment.
you do not need to buy anything to adjust toe.

 

the car is lowered...camber is negative..tire wear issue. the fact that theres coil overs in back and reg. lowering springs up front doesnt help either. id get a camber kit but guess not everybody has money for extra parts.

 

no, the wear is because of bad toe. not camber. negative camber is good.

i dont care to have another debate on this. its been proven many times.

 

alignment only no camber kits needed...!!!

 

toe eats tires fast..camber not so quickly. i however do both camber and toe adjustments. just me i guess

 

driving wears out tires too.

 

Your shocks are bad causing wheel hop which is the cause of the tires going bad.
