Not made in japan, not jdm. People now a day said everything is jdm, like ls mesh, rota, drag and consider them jdm.

Well, that's a misnomer. They're manufactured in China and distributed through West Sacramento, California (for the United States market). Sorry, but they're hardly "JDM".

drag wheels= fake jdm style, y0. In all honesty anybody who buys drag wheels in hopes of looking legit is going to fail in the eyes of most people on this forum.

That all depends on what Honda you're referring to. I cannot fit 15" wheels over the front brakes on my car, without custom ordering some wheels to clear the calipers properly.

I honestly think that there is a lot of senseless trend following in the Honda community. I've heard people call JDM a lifestyle, a style, etc. JDM simply means a car or part that was manufactured for the Japanese Domestic Market, meaning the item was meant to be sold on dealership lots and store shelves in Japan. Because an item is JDM does not mean that it is necessarily better than an item meant for the US market.

Instead of buying parts based on how others will perceive your car, build it to your specifications. That ultra rare Mugen twin-loop that cost you a week's pay isn't always the best choice in the performance to cost ratio department.

Also, the definition of "rice" is completely relative. I think Rota Wheels are great and useful to the cost minded enthusiast, even if they look markedly similar to higher cost, "JDM" wheels. Someone else will say that my Rota Slipstreams are "rice", when in reality, I don't want to buy a set of Spoon SW388s and constantly worry if I scratched my wheels. Not everybody will like the way your car looks, and that is the way it is. They aren't "haters"; their opinion just differs from yours, or the next person's.

Don't ask us if Drag rims are rice. If you like the way they look and function, put them on your car. If not, find something else.
