Default Crx Pedal Swap

I searched this and found nothing that could help me..
I have a 91 rex, doing auto -5speed swap. Recently came across a 1998 civic ex, got it for free so was hopeing to use some on the parts. Will the clutch/brake/gas pedals fit on my crx ? (without cutting and rewelding)
(also im useing a cable style trans)
Thanks.

a 98 civic will definitely have a hydro trans so the clutch pedal is out. I highly doubt the brake and gas will line up without modification, youre way better off just getting a pedal set from another crx their not too expensive.

one thing i would recommend is getting the the support that is welded inside the firewall as well for the clutch cable...i have seen plenty of people just throw pedals in and not do that and within a few months the firewall is flexing bad everytime they step on the clutch

I have heard from others this is good to have. But I have had my 5-speed conversion for nearly 5 years with no issues. I didn't know this weld-in piece existed until recently. I did have to make a spacer to put on the cable bracket located on the transmission - it's like the cable sleeve wasn't long enough - maybe this was related to me not using the weld-in bracket?
