Default I need help with a misfire issue

I have a problem with my D15 88' crx. It's virtually stock. It has 230,000 miles on it and I can't figure out why I have a misfire. I have done a compression test that was great, pressure tested fine, plugs are clean, wires are brand new, fuel filter is brand new.

The misfire will be worse at start-up. It will get better until operating temperature and then it will just sputter at idle. I don't notice the miss very often when I'm driving the car. There is also no smoke of any color coming from the exhaust. The rpm's do rise at the same time it will sputter, and it hasn't thrown any codes.

I took the valve cover off and noticed milky stuff all over the bottom of it. Which probably means coolant is mixing with the oil somehow.

I don't know how that could be though when the compression and pressure tests were perfect.

Any help would be great, thanks for reading.

Do you have access to a leakdown tester? I always do compression and leakdown. Also what were the compression numbers?
