Default Shocks and rear disk break conversion

hello there,

I'm knew to the honda game and just bought my first honda. i have a 98 civic ex, and front disk brakes and rear drum brakes. the question i have is if i was to swap out the rear drums brakes for gsr disks brakes would i have to buy 2 sets of springs/shocks. the front 2 shocks/spring fitment will be for civic and the rear would have to be for integra? right? please let me know

NO, you use your stock shocks and springs
