is there a how to guide on tuneing the s300?

im looking to buy hondata s300 this week for my del sol its obd1 all motor. im looking to learn how to tune it , tips,guides , anything and everything that will help me out with it...

b16a
blox type c cams
11:5:1 compression pistons (81.5mm bore)
full bolt ons
stock injectors stock fuel pump and all the other supporting mods
full bolt ons ,eagle rods, valvetrain.
